12 oz. Rib eye Steak  The Chef's favorite.  This cut has an abundance of flavor.  served with vegetables and choice of potato

Filet Mignon  8 oz. cut.  served with au jus and fresh vegetables and choice of potato

Sautéed Berlin Beef Liver  fresh apples and onions are grilled with 2 large slices of lightly floured liver, served with vegetables and choice of potato


Chicken Alfredo  our claim to fame!  boneless pieces of breast chicken sautéed in garlic, basil and olive oil, and tossed with fettuccini Alfredo and extra  mozzarella cheese

Chicken Minnesota  grilled boneless breast meat served on a bed of wild rice, broccoli and mushrooms, topped with melted cheddar and ham

Roast Turkey Dinner  like no where else!  we roast fresh turkeys every day the old fashioned way.  served with mom's sage stuffing, real mashed potatoes, cranberries, vegetables and homemade gravy

Chicken Saltimboucca  It's Italian for "jumps in the mouth!"  Boneless breast of chicken pounded thin and stuffed with ham, mozzarella and Italian stuffing, sautéed in olive oil and Chablis.  served with fettuccini Alfredo

Chicken Marsala  new and famous!  Lightly floured boneless breast sautéed in oil, margarine and Marsala wine with mushrooms and onions.  Served on a bed of thin spaghetti


Eggplant Parmesan  like nowhere else!  lightly fried in beer batter and topped with marinara sauce and mozzarella on a bed of vermicelli
